My dishwasher wasn’t working. I called Scottie and he worked so diligently to figure out the problem. I ended up needing a new dishwasher. He was able to come back and install the new dishwasher, diligently fixed the wiring, and efficiently completed the job. He’s very personable and kept me in the loop all the way until the end. I would recommend him for any job

Scottie came to the rescue! While helping out remotely from across the country with my sister's hospital recovery we were in need of help. After explaining the pressing circumstances, Scottie dropped what he was doing to make an emergency service call. I couldn't be more thankful. 5 Stars!

Thank you, Scotty. You ROCK!!! The kitchen and both bathrooms look great. My interaction with O'Tool was initially sort of confusing. Strange. After a few minutes, I realized why I had that vibe. BECAUSE HE IS A REAL, HONEST, and TRUE, GOOD HUMAN. It's very rare today. As for the cost, quality of work, timeliness..... All I can say is excellent. I'd give him six stars. Just call him, honestly. I spent so much time calling, questioning, searching, and Scotty is the one call I should have made first. And, I have an awesome "go to" for all my home and work offices, and I don't have to worry about a thing. Ja'del.

Scottie did an absolutely fabulous job fabricating our new back steps! He meticulously measured and cut and always made sure it was to our specs and liking. Our stairs are not only functional but a work of art as well. A very professional and creative installation since our patio is not level!! In advance, Scottie promptly communicated to ensure his preparedness and arrived in a timely manner. He cleared out gutters, checked smoke detectors, and our microwave. He looked at the work of a prior handyman who did not return to finish the job. I appreciated Scottie’s honesty the most that another layer of paint was not necessary and the microwave was not need of replacement. Highly recommended!

Scottie is simply the best!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, customer driven and strives to do his best. He is the best handyman in Greece and the entire Rochester area for that matter. Scott made excellent repairs for me many times over the years. He has been my number one Handyman! Just a few of the jobs he’s done are: 1. Replaced a broken torsional spring on my garage door. 2. Helped with the purchase and install a new lift motor for the garage door. 3. Diagnosed and repaired problems with my heating system. 4. My showerhead snapped off and the pipe was stuck inside. Scott removed the broken piece and installed the brand new showerhead. 5. Scott replaced my standalone mailbox which has been run over by the snowplow! if you need anything repaired and you want it done right call Scott

We hired Scottie to replace two faucets in our bathrooms. His preparation and communication were fantastic, and his work was impeccable (he even fixed 2 other minor issues while he was here!). Very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend him, for anything you may need. We’re thrilled with the result and will definitely use him again!
